»Altronix SE will assume all responsibility for the exchange and/or repair of equipment sold by Altronix in terms of the then presiding law.
» Guaranteed products will be repaired or exchanged imediately once our Technical department has confirmed that the equipment is in fact faulty and within the guarantee criteria free of charge. » Should there be a stock shortage, Altronix may decide to exchange the product for another similar product, in terms of the law, where the difference in price will be carried by the client. The product to be exchanged will be valued at the current price rather than the purchased price.
In case none of the above situations apply and if the product was bought at Altronix SE and is within the guarantee period, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or swap at our cost. The turnaround time for the repair or swap will then depend on the manufacturer's availability.
Returns
» Returned items may be accepted within 8 working days of the purchase date if approved by Altronix SE at it sole discretion. The product must be returned complete with all accessories and in its original state, i.e. All manuals, cables and wrapping must be in tact.
» No return below 25€ will be accepted.
» All returns, in order to cover handling and admin costs, will be subjected to a fee of no less than 15% of the price payed for the product. Proof of payment will be necessary.
» A credit note will be issued as per the current price list at the time.
Technical Assistance
» Assistance will be rendered at the Altronix SE premises. A detailed and precise description of the fault encountered should be provided. » All defective products bought within the 8 work-days period will be repaired or swapped once the Technical department has confirmed and diagnosed the fault. In case of a stock shortage, when swapping equipment, a Debit note may be issued to the client provided the equipment is in a satisfactory condition. » Repairs will automatically take place should the respective quotation be less than or equal to 50€. Should the quotation be refused by the client, Altronix SE has the right to charge 50€ to cover expenses. » Should no fault be detected or if the fault has been caused by incorrect usage, the cliente will be debited with a 40€ handling fee albeit the equipment is under guarantee. » Altronix SE will not be liable for any loss of secondary information or parameterization during a technical intervention of the equipment.
